
The questions are all like "what would you do if...?" or "have you ever been in a situation where...? How did you handle it?" and stuff like that. Also, Starbucks loves people with open availability, so try to be as available as possible (saying you don't wanna work weekends will pretty much lose you the job)
make eye contact, be interested in human connection, be interested in making a positive impact within your community
Be prepared with former employment, be yourself, show your personality and your willingness to work hard.
