Business casual is fine for interviews in the technology org. There are a few departments where a suit would be more appropriate, but I am most familiar with tech.

We are pretty casual. I’d recommend wearing the dressy side of business casual. Don’t wear a suit but nice slacks or skirt/dress work well. Professional but not stiff.
