What kind of interview questions do they ask when hiring someone in the Customer Support department at Starbucks?

Typically at starbucks you are hired as a barista and participate in each separate roll during your shifts. Baristas will do everything from ringing people up to making drinks to doing customer support to stock things and brew hot coffee to keep up with the baristas and customers demands. When I was hired they didn’t ask me specifically anything about starbucks besides why I see myself working there and what my favorite drink was. Asking you what your favorite drink is may be a little test on what you currently know about the drinks and how to order them correctly. So try to prepare yourself to tell them your favorite drink the right way, but don’t stress about this, as this won’t affect your chances of being hired. When you start working as a barista they will train you in every position that baristas work in.
