Depends on your team. Tech, especially engineers and designs tend to be casual, t shirts and jeans, even shorts in warmer weather. Most other teams dress much more professionally.

jeans and T shirt. we used to get Starbucks shirts but apparently the company isn't profitable and quit giving them to us
