If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at StoneEagle?
Change in high level management. Set a clear direction for the company and its employees.
What do people at StoneEagle think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
They don't know who he is. The C level is completely segregated and has nothing to do with the day to day operations of the company.
How's the vacation policy at StoneEagle?
Good. 2-3 weeks PTO. Plus holidays.
Does StoneEagle have any remote positions?
No. We are a small team, wear multiple hats and need to be able to act quickly so being available and in the office is critical to our team...
