How employees describe working at Sutherland Global Services
Mostly terrible leadership, overworked, many people doing multiple jobs and wearing multiple hats. They could be cheap, but pay is ok, not the worst. I would rate them lower, but despite its own leadership struggles and schizophrenic internal practices, they manage to grow and not implode.

They want you to lie to customers and not mention whole life if they dont ask and your forced to sell trustage term to them or get no bonus
