I think that in a company as large as Sutherland where employees are its raw material to provide an excellent outsourcing service, it could value its employees even more, a salary leveling to match the other bpo would significantly reduce attrition levels and generate more loyalty and stability

The amount of work that they require it does not amount to the compensation very horrible

Overwork and underpaid. This company overloads you with so many works.

Get an English speaking actual Recruiter to do the interviewing. The person that interviewed me had a thick accent I could hardly understand what he was saying and he clearly was home because I heard children screaming in the background. Very unprofessional that should have been the first RED FLAG
