I've currently been employed by Sutherland for 3 years. The interview process was as expected.

they will have basic temp required for the certain program.. they won't take whole day and make people wait. but proactively they will tell, how many days it will take to get the response.

Get an English speaking actual Recruiter to do the interviewing. The person that interviewed me had a thick accent I could hardly understand what he was saying and he clearly was home because I heard children screaming in the background. Very unprofessional that should have been the first RED FLAG
