This platform is useless. After jumping through a bunch of hoops and paying a lot of money I can't afford to spend for a background check, the only sub requests I've received are from the worst cities and worst schools, all PE or Special Ed or High School instead of K-5, and the schools are far.
Swing has a corporate mentality using a particular business model. They do not care about their employees. They only give when they are forced to.
