Opportunity and willing desire to give back to society.

Flexible schedule. Making an impact on students lives.

Their treatment of the employees and their enthusiasm.

People are friendly and upbeat and usually have great ideas but i feel there's no commitment and not follow up with that is being said. I feel Th eres a lot of talking and not a lot of walking /action
