This is a corporate, tech corporation that cares little for its workers. Their first, second, and third concern is making money for upper level management. They're in the education business, but don't care much about that either.
They now pay by the hour while the districts pay by the day. The districts also pay directly without a middle man and you can filter your preferences by grade, school, and area.
Company couldn't care less about you.
To have it consistently at $30 per hour, not a range of $16 to $45 per hour per assignment
