What is the best part about your compensation package?

Getting paid at an high level then other school districts would at a faster rate.

I like that they do my taxes for me and that they offer a health insurance despite them being just an agency.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have 30 years of experience in education and the pay is not commensurate with this vast experience and skill level.

This is a corporate, tech corporation that cares little for its workers. Their first, second, and third concern is making money for upper level management. They're in the education business, but don't care much about that either.

They now pay by the hour while the districts pay by the day. The districts also pay directly without a middle man and you can filter your preferences by grade, school, and area.

Company couldn't care less about you.

To have it consistently at $30 per hour, not a range of $16 to $45 per hour per assignment

Having our work be noticed and utilized. Being compensated for mileage and receiving some type of bonus for going above and beyond what our responsibilities ask for
