
Depends on the day, lots of support here by all Mgmt, the IT issues are prevelant through..makes for some very ugly days. Client docs is now required to handle all account, both retail and healthcare which are markedly different portfolios and systems..it's often like doing 2 jobs for one paycheck in terms of call volume and required info, knowledge, compliance scripting etc..no walk in the park here!
