Two interviews and went well. They didn't really give a fair idea of what the work would be but was pleasant and easy
Most of the time we get something from the meetings that make them worth having. Perhaps there are too many meetings, where people only have 10 minutes to say something but overall theiy work as expected
Co workers are really nice and we have a great atmosphere between staff and managers in general. It's only when the co-CEO and Exec team meet that things get weird with too much noise and little to be gain from it
Bonus is good and benefits are less than what you would see in the market. A lot more benefits could be given to staff, for example overtime, as many people work until late hours to sync with co workers from other parts of the world.
Exec team doesn't help the situation by giving the Dublin co-CEO guidance, therefore letting him loose and changing his mind every day. Projects don't progress, or don't progress appropriately because of this, as they can change mid way leading to waste of time and unhappiness on the satff
