What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Top management is terrible with a terrible culture, and co-ceo in Dublin needs to change leadership style

Don't listen to workers. Some are good but mostly they have an agenda they follow each day and change regularly. Everyone complains about but nothing changes

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most companies give a lot more benefits so they are better! There is no paid training for anything we do, food is just snacks and some fruits, beverages, Dublin CEO wanted us to work from the office even during lockdown which caused a lot of talk in the company

Benefits are just average or below average compared to all other companies. There is a bonus which is good, but all other benefits are missing

Work long hours with unpaid time, that's not how Europe does things and it's not looking after employees. They rave about how much money they o each year but that should be reflected on the workforce that get things done

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The co workers are just great but management gives us too many meetings where we are just listening and have little to say so it's a waste of time. They could just try to prioritize really important meetings instead and choose time accordingly. Suggestions for these weren't accepted unfortunately

Owner doesn't know hot to manage and changes his mind every day, people complain that he insults the workforce directly on meetings
