What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Colleagues are good to work with
People are great but top management is terrible. The co-ceo in Dublin has a tendency to insult and be quite rough with employees in the what he addresses them

Co workers are great even thought exec management is not the nicest
Co workers are really nice and we have a great atmosphere between staff and managers in general. It's only when the co-CEO and Exec team meet that things get weird with too much noise and little to be gain from it
The Dublin CEO constant micro manages everything and that would be OK if it wasn't for the fact that he doesn't seem to know what he is doing most of the times. Everybody laughs about it in the office even thought it's really uncomfortable in meetings with him

Great staff and everyone gets along. If it wasn't because of the co-ceo culture it would be really enjoyable to work there. Great people

Colleagues all help each other in spite of CEO in Ireland (not the one in the US) being a mess and constantly makes a mess of everything with no guidance or changing his mind every week
Everyone tries to help, except for when the CEO
The colleagues and managers, they are all working hard to get things done, even thought the CEO in Ireland (not the American one, that one is sound) just makes everyone uncomfortable and completely demotivated
The culture is open and inclusive. We have the ability to communicate our views and ideas.

CEO in Dublin (not same person as co ceo in America) needs to know what he's doing and most of the times he doesn't
