Great managers and colleagues, clueless CEO that doesn't listen. I worked there for several years and end up leaving because the culture was so bad
The leadership are down to earth, work hard, lead by example and value the team.
No one calls the co-CEO to change his abusive behavior, and just say yes to everything he says even if completely unrealistic. See other complaints and reviews of the company here
Top management is terrible with a terrible culture, and co-ceo in Dublin needs to change leadership style

Need to learn on how to manage, empowering employees

Learn o=how to be a manager from the top, the dublin co-ceo is clueless at how to do his job and manage from the top to motivate and empower the workforce
Review from Engineering Dept
Leadership should steer the ship in spite of top leadership often causing havoc b y changing minds constantly
They don't listen and the company is too young, still trying to find out what to do next
Review from Engineering Dept
Don't listen to workers. Some are good but mostly they have an agenda they follow each day and change regularly. Everyone complains about but nothing changes
Review from Engineering Dept
Get a clear vision of what they are going to do, there is no roadmap or vision and the Dublin CEO ends up micromanaging everything which is the worst anyone has ever seen
Review from Engineering Dept
getting more involved with the staff and guide them, even when the Dublin CO-CEO get all confused and lost about the next steps. They also need to talk more to him to guide him on what needs to be done and why
The CEO in Dublin, Ireland needs to follow the example of the CEO in the United States who does a good job of managing the company in the US. The Dublin CEO changes his mind every week on how to do things and is a mess.
Needs trust and common sense. Stop being racial.
The CEO in Dublin, Ireland is a mess, everyone complains about his brutal approach to work and he is often laughed about on how he manages things. Every week there is a different approach than the week before and no one is happy with his leadership.
Review from Engineering Dept
Top management needs to be more interested on the management that report to them and staff overall, giving them support and clear guidelines on what it is required to go forward.
The Dublin CO-CEO needs to learn how to be a CEO, no guidance and total confusion every single week. He should follow the example of the American CO-CEO, everyone talks and agrees about that.
Review from Engineering Dept
They could help the CEO more and ensure that he doesn't look lost all the time. There is a sense on the teams that the executive team doesn't know what they are doing...That would be OK if they at least dealt with the team more closely instead of the CEO micromanaging everybody
They don't listen and seem to change their minds in the middle of projects which looses lost of time that could be more productive otherwise
Exec team doesn't help the situation by giving the Dublin co-CEO guidance, therefore letting him loose and changing his mind every day. Projects don't progress, or don't progress appropriately because of this, as they can change mid way leading to waste of time and unhappiness on the satff
Don't listen, just blindly follow everything co-ceo in Dublin says
