People are pleasant, everyone tries to help out
A lot of time is spent in meetings where you just need to say something for 10 minutes whitout taking those people and their time into account. Very poor time management.

People who try really hard to do their job and do it well, even if the environment is terrible when CO-CEO keeps changing his mind every second hour and complains all the time

Most of the time we get something from the meetings that make them worth having. Perhaps there are too many meetings, where people only have 10 minutes to say something but overall theiy work as expected
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Treat each other fairly, give respect to receive respect
The co workers are just great but management gives us too many meetings where we are just listening and have little to say so it's a waste of time. They could just try to prioritize really important meetings instead and choose time accordingly. Suggestions for these weren't accepted unfortunately
