
My co-workers make me happiest.
The level of communication. I always was aware of what was going on and where I stood in the process.
The team I am on is full of people that are similar to me. We enjoy working together and make the work fun.
We need to have a cohesive company vision. The micromanaging from the leadership team can be too much sometimes. Additional staffing would help.
Transparency and diversification. We often hear how great everything is going, but not enough of the big picture plans. We do not have a vision of where the company is heading or how we plan on getting there.
It seems like some people get paid one way and other people another. I was not even aware about company equity until recently. It seems like everything is a big secret. It would be nice to have different job grades or levels with benchmarks that you knew what you needed to do to achieve things.
