
When there is meaningful progress being made. When there's empathy, collaboration, and mutual respect. When people are willing to do things that aren't their job. When I can see my impacts in our value stream.
Break down barriers between teams. Require empathy and collaboration. Encourage experimentation and risk, and embrace failures as learning. Eliminate the not my job mindsets. Not just encourage continued education, but require time be dedicated to it.
I enjoy working with majority of my co-workers. There are however a very small number of co-workers that are difficult to work with. They lack communication skills, planning skills, respect for the team I'm on and our process, and refuse to collaborate. They have a not my job mindset
