We are more than willing to step up and help each other when needed. I feel for the most part we are aligned and have common goals we are working towards.
The company is lacking clear strategic direction from a high level. The split into BUs has caused the company to become too siloed and not focused on the customer journey holistically and what's best for the customer. Because of the split employees are working harder and not being recognized.
I'm performing job responsibilities well above my title and pay and am consistently told by my manager and team lead that I am doing a great job, but have not received a promotion or even a pay raise since I started at the company. Much of this I've been told is due to review and promotion cycles.
