While I am tasked with achieving very challenging targets and goals, I feel supported and valued. I think work/life balance could be improved along with comp, but the people, mission, and dynamic nature of our work makes the job enjoyable. The company has a good culture.

Its positive. I wish there was more being developed to be cutting edge in terms of employee engagement, experience, compensation, work/life balance, and benefits. You hear so much of what other organizations are doing - we used to be ahead of our time a but many companies do the same/more now

It's the longstanding employees I have connections with and the flexibility with the in office schedule. My commute is very long door to door so having set days in the office really allows me to spend my in-person time effectively.
