I feel that people should be paid more for the work that they do here. Also, there are example in which the the job description for one position is identical to the "senior" version of that job, yet their compensation is different. If one job constitutes higher pay, there should be differences.

The quality of our products is BAD because we are not given the resources to do higher quality work. There is a clear problem of valuing quantity over quality. We are assigned too many projects with unrealistic deadlines and should devote resources to fix the backend systems instead of new projects.
