TCB (or maybe HR) seems to pride itself on not paying market value for positions
The EC & MC were penalized for missing plan by 4% in 2025. That would be understandable in a good year but last year was very difficult economically & geopolitically -- so much uncertainty as per the C-Suite Outlook. It feels like they are being cheap & not valuing their leaders
