The Institute for Family Health Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

for a non profit I am satisfied with my management package

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Significantly below average pay, constantly increasing work load with no appropriate pay increase, over my many years with the institute essentially negative pay raise if inflation and cost of living is taken into account. Working with no contract for years, oh and health insurance is horrendous!

The question is no accurate, I feel that I am paid correctly but the non-profit has limitations for other benefits
