The Leading Hotels of the World Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

We have the opportunity to explore our hotels through a travel benefit

The healthcare and even though the hybrid work schedule may not be part of the compensation package, I think it is great.

Review from Finance Dept

soft benefits that are not quantifiable including extra days off, access to luxury hotel stays, etc.

In the past, it has been our bonus structure. It will be interesting to see how the OKRs compare to our SIPs.

Review from Sales Dept

That I have health insurance, superior to what the government offers.

Review from Sales Dept

my bonus is very generous

I would consider the bonus fair

Review from Sales Dept

Generous paid time off policy

Review from Finance Dept

The base salary is fair.

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Before pandemic, salaries were compatible with market values. After this period, there was a general overvaluation in several sectors.I recently received 3job offers from competitors, offering almost double the salary for the same Senior position I currently hold, but the perks were not as good as at LHW

Review from Sales Dept

update the wage range in the region

Review from Sales Dept

Cost of living is on the rise and we have had a few consecutive years of no pay raises which have contributed to being paid below market for many tenured employees.

Review from Marketing Dept

Not at industry level compensation for my position. Doing the job of multiple open positions in my department (for years) and no additional compensation. Barely a "thank you."

Review from Sales Dept

I´m only evaluated for a portion of the work I do daily. Benefits should take into account coun

Review from Sales Dept

I was promoted and and scope of work change without having a salary compensation. I do not have any additional benefit

Better compensation will be appropriate

Review from Sales Dept

Covering manager tasks even though I don't have the title. Hopefully will get it next year.

Review from Finance Dept

I feel very valued, though adjustment in compensation is needed due to increased inflation and significant increase in cost of living, rent, etc.

Review from Customer Success Dept

No possibility of growing position in the company. ideas: new plans for career growth inside the company

Review from Sales Dept

No career progression, no learning and development.

Review from Sales Dept

Pay is not in line with living costs and it is also not on the same level as the market

Review from Sales Dept

I feel increments needs to be evaluate as per local market situation. ( Cost of inflation is different in different countries)

Review from Sales Dept

incentives should be more personalized. Benefits need to be aligned at least per region

Review from Sales Dept

I know we have a lot of new hires that are being hired at higher salaries, and feel it puts the pay of some people who have been here a long time at a disadvantage.

Review from Finance Dept

Long term incentive compensation is not existent. No stock options or related.

Marketplace evaluation of position among all industries - not just hospitality

Review from Marketing Dept

No real evolution in the compensation after a few years and taking more responsibilities (short staffed team), resulting to being paid less than a junior person with less experience in the industry.

Review from Sales Dept

No interest in developing people or retain loyal enployees

Review from Sales Dept

I feel that if I would do the same job in a company in a different industry that is not connected to hospitality, my base salary would be higher. However, I value the company culture, it's vision and my colleagues way too much to leave - money is not everything!
