The growth opportunities and enthusiasm of my colleagues are really exciting. We aren't afraid to change and that is good. Some key leaders now care more for money than for their people which is wrong and I hope that their fearful public company cutthroat attitude doesn't take over.

At the root there is a strong ethic of work hard, show respect, do the right thing and always put the client first.

The message I get when salaries are kept low is that they ultimately don't care if I stay. If I leave maybe they don't replace me or rehire for less. If they must rehire for more, it's just their risk vs the guaranteed savings of paying me less now. I want to stay. Pay me closer to market rate.
