I've been here for 8 years now, and I still love my job! It's changed over the years, and so have I! I've learned a lot and been able to ease into a role that best suits me and the company.

They do a great job of communicating and keeping us in the loop on how the company is doing and what changes are being made.

They care about us. We've been given care packages throughout the pandemic, and they've been hosting monthly online workshops. Even though we can't be together in person, it's been awesome to see my coworkers in Zoom and do something fun with them.

It's such a friendly group of people. They step up to help each other and support each other. We have slack channels for everything right now...parents, pets, cooking...and we're in there cheering each other on for what we're doing, which is especially important right now.

With us working from home this year, they've done a great job of having activities on Zoom for us to participate in. There have been great trivia nights and happy hours. We have watch parties on Zoom for our monthly All Hands, which helps keep it fun.

My team makes me happy. I have a great group of freelancers who do a great job. I've trained them all, and they're always growing and learning new things. I'm happy that we've got a great, supportive group of people working together. It feels like a big family.

They've been very responsive to the covid-19 pandemic this year. They provided us with money to set up to work from home, we're being reimbursed for our internet connections from home, and they even sent us awesome care packages! They've also been flexible at allowing people to work remote.

I love that, when the pandemic kicked off, we were given $500 each to set up our work from home situation. We're also given $70 a month to cover our home internet costs. The company also does an annual comparison for similar jobs to make sure we're being paid fairly.

At the beginning of the year, I moved from the Bay Area to another state. I fully expected a pay adjustment to account for cost of living changes, but that change was nearly offset by my annual pay increase. It's made the move and adjustment to my new home much easier.

I have a great team working for me that loves what they do. I have a manager who is encouraging and understanding of the hiccups of day to day life. Management understands that we're all human and that we need time off...even (especially?) we've all been stuck at home for so long.

When the pandemic began, and we all began working from home, we were given the $500 each to set up our home office space. Tophatter has made the most of this pandemic and made it possible for us to work at home with flexible schedules and support. I'm proud of the company I work for.

The e-team wants great, hard workers, but when they hire, they're also looking for people that fit the culture of Tophatter, and they do a great job of it! We've had a lot of new people come in, and they're all great people that I've enjoyed getting to know. I can't point out anyone I don't like.
