No promotion for 5 plus years even after performance. New folks get promoted and are put in charge. Seems very haphazard.

This is a fantastic company doing great things to make the world a better and safer place through technology, and it's not easy work but it feels so good when you see the end results for the customers.

I love being part of TraceLink. I'm coming up on my 4 year anniversary here and have no plans on going anywhere. I truly enjoy the people, our culture and the work environment. I find the very fast pace invigorating and the results we are attaining are phenomenal.
