Overall, I do enjoy working here. However the leadership often seems under-prepared and disorganized, especially HR

As with any company, there are pros and cons. I like the people i work with, but the pay is definitely unfair to the sales agents, and management is very unorganized. I'm also noticing that the top agents are selling so much by not following the rules and getting a large commission for it
