Compensation for sales professionals seems to be lucrative and more than fair. Compensation for support staff is under market and undervalued by the organization as a whole.
The people who work here are awesome, talented, and really do care about their clients and coworkers. Leadership could do a lot to facilitate better growth opportunities and opportunities for coworkers to work better together.
Recognition for non-sales staff needs to be corrected, along with clear paths for professional growth and advancement. Leadership and recruiting understanding the roles and work of the jobs they're filling/managing would go leaps and bounds to improve satisfaction and fair compensation.
Leadership is focused on growth as a goal... without plans for culture, retention, etc. to meet that goal. While they have good intentions, team leaders are sometimes arbitrary, without the leader knowing anything about the departments that they manage, acting more as a middle man that a leader.
