
There are none for Telecommuters. Majority of our units are Telecommuters and UHC does not go out of their way to incorporate anything for Telecommuters. The random outings at our local office (not the Corporate Office as they are treated 'special', which is not right or fair) are nothing geared to 'team outings'. In the end, UHC is not successful with 'team outings' whether telecommuter or in-house. Much improvements needed since UHC touts our Culture, Relationships, Partnerships, Communication, Work/Life Balance but the Culture is not followed.
