Good peers and manager but sadly they are limited to the bureaucracy of the higher executive team and have stagnant career path. Care more on recruiting new people rather than doing things to make people stay

Clearer career path and/or promotion guidelines. It has been way past the time that I should have been promoted and promised but somehow it gets too delayed by factors that should have been easy but most likely is too much bureaucracy in the executive side
I am a contractor with no paid leaves so paid leaves even if only limited would be great. Also the pay could be a bit more competitive but I understand the situation the product I am working for is now on. Also after my first promotion career path is no longer updated
