Maybe it is too soon to have an opinion, however, my leader is always in touch to check how things are going and always reachable whenever I need. Also, he is technically very competent, which makes the job easier. If I have a doubt, he is always there to help me with it.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good salary for my country, and simple weekly payments.

There are no parts, I am a contractor and get paid a flat hourly rate for number of hours I work each week

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the benefits question doesn't apply. We don't have any. About the compensation, I believe that maybe as a starting point as a test period is ok. However, after a few months, this pay amount doesn't hold on talents. Maybe $25~$30/h would make me feel better. I really like this position.

- Time tracking is terrible. And Manager never approves the timesheet, despite the work never getting delayed. - Resources provided to work (system) are just satisfactory. Cant help in improving efficiency.

having 12 years of experiance, should get compensation of $50/hour

It will be good to increase billing rates for contracts working from long time instead of flat rate irrespective of good work done and long term association and flexibility shown

Working hours flexibility, people are nice, inteligent, helpful and the fact that you work with people from all over the world is fantastic. We get to practice a second language, the job is not boring, and on top of everything, you get paid to do that :)

The fact that they don't care if you work less hours as long as you get the job done. They will never control your time. Also, contractor is in their plans for having a growing career path. The company cares about each one of us.

I feel safe. I don't feel like my position is hanging and at any moment I can get an unpleasant surprise. It is predictable what I have expecting me the next day, and I can make plans on my personal life counting on my current job.
