I don't see much of a culture or company values imprinted on the day to day, we barely hear about any activity to raise morale or convey achieved milestones and goals for the future

The fact that they don't care if you work less hours as long as you get the job done. They will never control your time. Also, contractor is in their plans for having a growing career path. The company cares about each one of us.

The environment is very friendly. As I mentioned, the team is very calm, kind and polite. People are from several parts of the globe and I never seen disrespect since I started to work here in Dec 2017. :)
