My leader is a very calm, polite, good listener and open-minded person. It has good technical skills as well.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is ok, but there are no PTOs, bonus, sick leaves and we can't overtime when there are too much work to do.

Everything. Except there should be paid annual leaves. I.e. should be allowed to take 10-12 working days off without salary deduction.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is a little lower than market average. There are no benefits for contractors.

The amount of work being undertaken is enormous and thus an increase in pay would be appreciated.

Clearer career path and/or promotion guidelines. It has been way past the time that I should have been promoted and promised but somehow it gets too delayed by factors that should have been easy but most likely is too much bureaucracy in the executive side

The payment did not increase even after me completing almost an year, there are no incentives as such

I am a contractor with no paid leaves so paid leaves even if only limited would be great. Also the pay could be a bit more competitive but I understand the situation the product I am working for is now on. Also after my first promotion career path is no longer updated

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is very friendly. As I mentioned, the team is very calm, kind and polite. People are from several parts of the globe and I never seen disrespect since I started to work here in Dec 2017. :)
