Everybody is so polite. They have good communication and technical skills, punctuality, are always available to help each other...

My salary is ok, but there are no PTOs, bonus, sick leaves and we can't overtime when there are too much work to do.

There are people from different countries and timezones, with different cultures, gender, ages, etc. and everybody can work together, help each other and create a positive enrivonment to work.

The environment is very friendly. As I mentioned, the team is very calm, kind and polite. People are from several parts of the globe and I never seen disrespect since I started to work here in Dec 2017. :)

I have learned a lot about the project in the last few years, made and suggested many changes that are improving quality, performance, stability, readability... I know that my manager likes my job but I feel that I could make more doing the same job for another US or EU company.
