CTO and Srini are relatable. Others need to be present more and communicate more.
There is no way to know whats happening in other teams. Same/similar work. No internal movement.
I dont think Upstox has a company culture. The culture in teams depends on managers and the reports. some might be good, some might be bad.
The compensation that I have now is below market. It needs to be revised. I am sure that to attract new talent company is paying more.
