
Teaching others in my org , the skills that i have learned at Velex are valuable, using my success as an example excites new employees.
I feel like our team is my second family, that we can help each other out on a daily basis , no matter what the problems may be.
The way everyone is willing to teach others what they know, to help grow and progress others in the org. The more we empower others, the stronger we are at a team.
Dependability , as i try to work self sufficiently in my role, i know that at any point , I come across issues I can not resolve on my own, my leadership guides my to a successful resolution. We have a great team work environment, with a common goal.
At times , we can be stretched to take on roles and responsibilities outside of our General Duties. Work hours can go into 14-15 hour days , and on salary I see "burn out " with some individuals. I personally understand that we need to extend our expertise across organizational lines.
