I don't know much about the leadership team. I think there could be more transparency with what's going on in upper management
my team communicates and works well together. we are transparent and share ideas and suggestions with each other well and are always asking for feedback from each other to make sure the best work is delivered
Compensation should be higher based on the amount of work we do. healthcare benefits are trash this year, worse from last year, our HR person is supposed to vouch for us but I don't feel employee's voices were heard in any decisions regarding the healthcare plans. more perks, wellness reimbursement
