Some of my coworkers have great attitudes.
There are a few team members that are very positive and carry the group.
I used to believe highly that Ventech valued their employees. I am not so sure after listening to my coworkers and seeing what supervisors say and do.
I think listening to employees, instead of assuming they don't know what they are saying, is key. If a legal issue comes up, relying on individuals that are not knowledgeable about laws that relate to their position can create liability for the company.
Supervisors and QA seem to value ridiculous metrics over actual Quality. Nit picking and finding fault, with amazing employees will cause burn out. Not understanding payroll laws etc. can have a huge liability for the company. I'd say that everyone should be able to have a say.
