What do people at Verizon think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?

Indifferent but generally uncaring toward the "little guy", mostly focused upon the bottom line, Wireless, and that as long as the staff are paid well that they can be stressed ferociously over work/life balance and trying to reach unobtainable metrics.

The company is so large most employees are more concerned with departmental VP’s. However, the overall vision of the company does come from the CEO and employees are inspired to see and hear him in person.

They think he is a greedy, money hungry, thief. What can you do? People are ignorant. He's running and extremely profitable, ever changing business. He's doing what's right for the business.

Hans is new. Hard to tell Problem is that they keep moving around ineffective leaders making bad decisions.

Verizon is an extremely profitable company. I would like to think that this is due to our CEO and other Chief Executives.

No opinion. Too big for me to see the horizon past the forest of managers I have to deal with.

He's ok but needs to fix what's broken with the company instead of always pushing sales
