How's the morale at Verizon?

Stressed to meet often unobtainable metrics. Little to no training offered on new equipment or processes cause learning on the fly or coming in early to learn on your own time.

Morale can be low at times; however, for the most part, people are happy at work. (my opinion)

Somewhat low. Management isn’t transparent and is slow or lacking communication

Morale is good and people generally enjoy working for Verizon.
