What's the company culture like at Verizon?

Great between staff and immediate supervisors; however, bordering on toxic toward center directorate as well as corporate as they pay no heed to rank and file concerns.

The culture is what you make of it. People are generally friendly and easy to work with and for.

Very little attention paid to culture. No parties, after work events... just work work work

Culture is important and Verizon invests a lot to keep the employees upbeat and positive.
