It has been a long time since I've interviewed. I've been with the company or 20+ years and in my current work group for almost as long. I have interviewed people in the past, and the questions are not as one would expect. (i.e. not a 'what would you do if" type of question. more of a "tell me about a time you did XYZ", and expand on that)
