
It has been a while since I've interviewed with Verizon or any other organization. In the past, other companies as "what would you do" type questions where as Verizon wants to know what you have done with regard to certain scenarios applicable to the position for which you're applying.
Definitely more index you do a role play for trying to sell like a phone with a case you know we got to get the whole bundle so it's a little bit more in-depth Hands-On
Interviewing process is more in depth. 4 steps. Phone interview, drug screen, test and final interview. The test is complicated and if not passed, no final interview will result.
It's more intense. We need to know that if we throw you in the deep end, you won't sink.
Doesn’t really matter. People hire who they like often causing discrimination against some races
