    Show some type of appreciation on an annual basis. Stop added more to our work load on a monthly basis while being reluctant to pay us more

    I don't make money any more W the new sistem for comisión Verizon cut money the way to multiplayer the money to pay per activation ,renewal

    Verizon makes sales staff add tablets that are garbage and don't work forces to add features to acct and sell accessories at a 300% mark up

    Favoritism is difficult to compete with. Your compensation can be effected on how your manager feels about you. Not about our Verizon Credo.

    Took away yearly bonuses 4 sales reps. Changed 2 quarterly based on NPS. NPS based on company not rep. Constantly changing commission payout

    We are undervalued by removing all the extra bonuses that were provided 8 years ago instead bring back LTI and quarterly individual bonuses

    When I started working we were paid more than adaquately. Over the years cost of living has not increased proportionate to compensation.

    I feel our responsibilities have increased greatly over the years. This regarding only our Performance metrics that are standard expectation

    The merit increase was not based on the performance of annual target but the evaluation of supervisor's preference instead.

    When switching job roles and moving up in the company, compensation only increases up to 5% if your lucky.
