The benefits are great compared to other companies of this size. The team is always trying to maximize our benefit plans to help our employees as much as possible.
The Executive team has a tremendous amount of passion about the success of our employees. They also drive the Customer obsession mentality which has always been a focus for Virtana.
Everyone comes with great ideas and participates in trying to improve our company. We might not always implement those ideas but I would say everyone is comfortable at least sharing with the team.
It was not overwhelming and it seemed like it was more about the total package that I could bring to the company. Sometimes you get drilled by an interviewer about things that would not relate directly to the position you are interviewing for. This did not happen at Virtana.
