
People in a comparable position at other similar tech/software companies make a similar commission and a base that is about 8-10K higher.
When the new sales structure was rolled out, it seems like it should have gone smoother for as long as they were planning it out. Also, I also don't trust a lot of what the upper mgmt tell us in regards to where they want to take the company. I do think they have a plan, just not the one were told.
