My colleagues and the freedom to do what I love without micromanagement. The company gives you a lot of trust and autonomy to be creative and make mistakes.

What can this brand most improve?

Looks like leasing office have no experience in dealing with paperwork, they ask for one paperwork at a time. They make you go back and forth bringing documents one by one instead to ask for everything at once. It takes forever to complete the paperwork because they don’t what they are doin
