What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people are the culture, a lot of the other things that Willowtree used to do has been cut, but I appreciate those who show up everyday trying to maintain our culture

The remote work, but they are trying to change that too.

The commitment to craft and doing great work

Our people. We have core values that we use in hiring decisions but also to guide how we interact with each other and our clients. I've never worked at a company where core values are actually taken seriously. But at WillowTree, they are our guiding principles. I strive to be better everyday.
